  3. Enter all required information into the form with precision including your full name and father’s name and residential address and academic background and identification details and Aadhaar and PAN numbers.
  4. You need to attach your current passport-sized photo to the application form.
  5. The application form requires you to attach photocopies of all documents which are listed in the requirements section. (Original documents are not required).
  6. Place all completed documents and the form into an envelope.
